We've gathered the very best in business, communication, leadership, entrepreneurship, success, and survival for our Fall Workshop Series. Each speaker will be available for conversation at the Workshops. How will they help you?

Owner of Etiquette for Everyday and Certified Etiquette Instructor through the International School of Protocol, Kelly Frager loves building individual confidence, and raising awareness about how we can treat each other with kindness, courtesy and respect.

As a former human resources professional and corporate trainer, she observed first- hand the importance good manners and solid communication skills play in workplace success. Through raising her three children with her husband Todd, she recognized that these life skills should be taught early and reinforced throughout our lives. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Johns Hopkins University.

I feel grateful to work with people of all ages to help give them confidence so they can be a success, regardless of their age or current role in life.

Named by URBANITE Magazine as one of 10 “Movers and Shakers” in the Baltimore area, pianist/vocalist Eric Byrd has been playing professionally for over 30 years. Along with the principles of swing and be-bop, rousing gospel-tinged chords and trilling blues lines are fundamental elements of his performance style.  His improvisations are intense, soulful and romantic; he takes listeners on a joy-ride as his fingers create magical works of art.

Byrd has performed with Wynton Marsalis, Mike Stern, Randy Brecker, Tim Green, Warren Wolf, harpist Jeff Majors, Charlie Byrd and Yolanda Adams to name a few. Along with his own recordings as a leader, he also guests on over 15 CD’s by other artists. Meet Bill Gaertner:

Former NCAA Division 2 basketball champion and NCAA Division 1 basketball coach, Bill Gaertner will be a guest speaker at our October 12th Workshop. Bill's impressive credentials as both a head coach and an assistant coach range across the East Coast, including schools like Johns Hopkins, Towson, Connecticut, Iona, and Norwich, and he was recently inducted into the New England Basketball Hall of Fame.

Much like basketball, life is unpredictable. Sometimes we make shots, sometimes we miss them. We rebound, and we assist, and we score. Bill understands this completely. After suffering extreme personal hardship, Bill decided to redirect his life. He is now the Director of Gatekeepers, a transition program for men re-entering society after incarceration.  During his basketball career he also had involvement in an IT company. He will speak about Survival and Revival at the Workshop.
